OUR COLLABORATIVE MODEL
Working through trusted community partners, we help uninsured and underinsured Wake County residents access prescription and over-the-counter medications, medical supplies, and health resources they might otherwise go without.
OUR SERVICES
PRESCRIPTION ASSISTANCE
The cost of a prescription shouldn’t stand between someone and the treatment they need. FIGS partners with health care and human service organizations across Wake County to provide short-term prescription assistance for uninsured and underinsured residents facing financial hardship.
Through our Prescription Voucher Program, eligible clients can obtain essential medications at no cost from participating pharmacies. Our program is designed to fill temporary gaps in access to medications, not to replace health insurance or provide ongoing prescription coverage.1.
1 FIGS does not fund controlled substances or medications used in the treatment of cancer.
MEDICAL SUPPLIES + CHRONIC DISEASE SUPPORT
Caring Measures
Managing a chronic health condition often requires supplies that aren’t always affordable or covered by insurance. FIGS provides blood pressure monitors, diabetes testing supplies, and other essential equipment to help Wake County residents manage their health at home.
WELLNESS CENTER AT WAKE RELIEF FOOD PANTRY
Someone struggling to afford groceries may also be going without cold medicine, first-aid supplies, or other basic health essentials. That’s why FIGS partnered with Wake Relief Food Pantry to launch our first FIGS Wellness Center, bringing over-the-counter medications and basic health supplies directly into a place where neighbors are already receiving support.
HEALTH KITS + OVER-THE-COUNTER MEDICINE
Small essentials like a thermometer, pain reliever, bandages, or cold medicine can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who are rarely given access. FIGS provides health kits tailored to children, families, seniors, and people experiencing financial hardship or housing instability, helping them care for everyday health needs with dignity and confidence.
COMMUNITY HEALTH PARTNERSHIPS
Some health gaps require more than a single resource. Through partnerships with clinics, health care providers, food pantries, shelters, and community organizations, FIGS helps bring screenings, education, prescription assistance, and other resources closer to the people who need them.
